• Placing your answers into court forms using proper legal terminology
• Basic filing instructions and guidance
• Delivery of completed forms via email and dashboard

We do NOT: provide legal advice, represent you in court, guarantee case outcomes, or ensure your forms will be accepted by the court.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information in your questionnaire
• Reviewing all completed forms for accuracy before filing
• Filing your forms with the appropriate court
• Paying all applicable court filing fees
• Following all court rules and procedures
• Understanding that you are representing yourself (pro se)

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment is required at the time you submit your questionnaire. Prices are listed on our website and may change without notice. We offer refunds within 7 days if:

• We are unable to complete your forms
• Our service failed to meet the standards described
• You are not satisfied with the service (before forms are delivered)

Refunds are not available once forms have been delivered and downloaded. Court filing fees are separate and non-refundable.

5. Accuracy and Disclaimers

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that courts will accept your forms or that your case will be successful. Court rules, procedures, and requirements may change. You are ultimately responsible for ensuring your forms comply with current court requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadyPro Se shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or case outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ReadyPro Se and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not:
